The heart of Liberty Village

Under the direction of architect George Popper, the Liberty Market Building underwent an impressive multi-million dollar renovation in 2004 that revitalized over 300,000 square feet of commercial space right in the heart of Liberty Village.

Maintaining the architectural appeal and integrity of the original historic building, Popper crafted a simple, urban and sophisticated design with vast open spaces and dramatic ceilings to showcase the building’s cutting-edge features and amenities.

The Liberty Market Building provides its strong mix of office, studio and retail tenants with a unique, convenient, and inspiring space for their work environment.

Committed to growing and strengthening Liberty Village’s most successful redevelopment project to date, Lifetime will soon be launching its third phase to this thriving, mixed-used community. On the east portion of the building, a 28-storey, 283-unit residential tower will be added with 200,000 sq ft of additional office and retail space over 345 units of commercial parking.
